Michael Dickson is a Board Director of FWB Executive Search and has over 15 years’ experience in senior recruitment and executive search. He co-leads FWB’s Consumer Practice and works extensively across the Private Equity and Scale-Up markets, advising clients on Board, C-suite and senior leadership appointments, as well as supporting investors through Management Due Diligence.

Michael works with a broad range of businesses, from privately owned and high-growth companies to major corporates and investor-backed organisations. He is also closely involved in FWB’s Executive Leadership Programme in partnership with the University of Edinburgh Business School and helps lead a number of the firm’s senior professional and leadership networks including our CFO Network as the Head of our CFO and Finance Leaders Practice.

Prior to joining FWB, Michael held senior recruitment and executive search roles with a global plc and a boutique executive search firm. He previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Apex Scotland and was a member of the CBI’s Under 35 Future Leaders Committee. He holds a Law degree from the University of Edinburgh.
