Management Due Diligence

Providing the insights needed for future growth

We partner with both investors and corporate clients to deliver management and leadership assessment and referencing. Scrupulous work in these areas supports organisations’ due diligence at strategic points in their plans such as investment, acquisition, leadership development and succession planning.

Our service can be adapted to match individual clients’ requirements. We have designed it to give the clearest possible picture of the full range of factors influencing decision making. These include individual and collective management skills, motivations and key drivers, corporate culture, personality and, naturally, the ability and calibre of key people compared to the wider market.

In private equity you rely heavily on the drive, ambition, and capability of your management teams; on establishing high-performing Boards; and on true alignment of vision and reward.  FWB has been supporting Souter Investments for over 15 years, assisting both the firm and our investee companies. The management diligence, confidential referencing, and team assessment services provided by Adam and his team have proven invaluable to both us as investors, and the Chairs and CEOs we work with.

Director of Operations

Ireland

Given our comprehensive experience and track record within both the drinks and wider consumer good markets, Beam Suntory engaged FWB to identify a new Director of Operations to run its fully integrated distilling, bottling and distribution operation in Ireland. This newly created role was to assume responsibility for the development of all Irish whiskey production and the growth of the business unit for the Group. The search attracted a wide range of candidates in the UK, Irish and North American markets, with the successful candidate relocating to take up the post.
