Helen Page appointed as new Scottish FA Independent Non-Executive Director

FWB is delighted to have advised the Scottish Football Association on the appointment of Helen Page as Independent Non-Executive Director. Helen replaces Malcolm Kpedekpo, who steps down after 6 successful years.

Helen brings over 30 years of experience to the SFA Board from Financial Services, Food & Drink, Retail, Charity and PLC environments. She was previously Chief Brand Officer for Virgin Money UK PLC, and currently sits on the Boards of the Bank of Ireland as an Independent Non-Executive Director; The Artisanal Spirits Company PLC, Chairing its Remuneration Committee; the SSPCA, Chairing its Fundraising & Brand Board; Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) and is the Chair of brand technology business Label Sessions.

The appointment of Helen to the Board of the SFA comes after a significant period of growth and development of FWB’s Board practice in 2024, having advised on the appointments of Chairs & Non-Executives to the Boards of Lothian Buses, Scotland Food & Drink, Nuclear Liabilities Fund, Zero Waste Scotland, Johnston Carmichael CA, the University of Dundee and University of Strathclyde to name a few.
