Katie joined FWB in 2025 from a leading global executive search firm to strengthen our existing offering in the Legal & Professional Services sector. A qualified lawyer, prior to her career in search, Katie was Global Head of people, Culture & Engagement at design business, Arup and has also held various fee earning and operational roles in international law firms and the big 4.

Katie was part of the team that worked on the tri-partite merger between CMS, Nabarro and Olswang in 2017, the largest law firm merger in UK history.
