Carly graduated with First-Class Honours in Marketing and Event Management from Edinburgh Napier university in 2021. Since then, she has built her career, primarily within the property sector, where she has gained experience in sales, customer service, and team leadership. Throughout that time, Carly was promoted and led her own sales team for two and a half years.

In the first half of 2024, Carly took time out and travelled across Australia, before settling into an office manager role in the heart of Sydney, where she contributed for four months before returning to Edinburgh.

Carly is now embracing the challenge of transitioning into the executive search industry.
