FWB Park Brown’s Talent Attraction & Research team successfully achieves AESC accreditation

FWB Park Brown is pleased to announce that its Talent Attraction & Research team has successfully completed an accreditation programme delivered by the Association of Executive Search & Leadership Consultants (AESC).

The AESC Certificate in Executive Research is an internationally recognised accreditation programme designed to uphold a quality standard within the executive search and leadership consulting profession. The programme itself is based around a combination of written examinations, seminars, and scenario-based role play assessments, within in a collaborative environment allowing delegates to share ideas and experiences from fellow executive search research professionals from across the world, thereby enhancing their research, candidate sourcing, assessment and candidate management skills.

All of FWB Park Brown’s delegates passed the assessment phase of the programme, and as such are now accredited Executive Search Researchers by the AESC.
