Appointments

Ian Smith has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of National Australia Group (UK), encompassing the Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks. He joins from Deloitte where he was a Partner.
David Gillespie also joins National Australia Group’s UK ExCo to the newly created role of Distribution Director, responsible for Retail, SME, Specialist Business, Private, and Direct operations. He joins from RBS and was previously the CEO of RBS England & Wales and NatWest Scotland
Duncan Mackison is the new Chief Operating Officer of Buccleuch which manages the business interests of the Duke and Duchess of Buccleuch. He was previously Managing Director of Serco PLC’s £400m defence business
Baxters Food Group has appointed Alan Kilpatrick as Group Strategy Director. Alan had previously a long and successful career with Devro PLC
Lomond Capital has appointed Mike McGill, formerly of Murray International Holdings, as Chief Financial Officer
