FWB Event Code of Conduct – Zero Tolerance Policy

By accepting an invitation to an FWB-facilitated event, attendees automatically agree to adhere to this Zero Tolerance Policy regarding unacceptable behaviour and harassment.

Zero Tolerance for Unacceptable Behaviour

FWB is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all events. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:

• Harassment: Unwanted verbal, physical, or visual conduct, including offensive jokes, slurs, or gestures.
• Discrimination: Any behaviour that singles out individuals based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, or any other protected characteristic.
• Intimidation or Threats: Any act that causes another attendee to feel unsafe, including aggressive or coercive behaviour.
• Excessive Alcohol Consumption Leading to Misconduct: While responsible drinking is permitted, intoxication that results in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Unwanted Physical Contact: Any unwelcome touching, advances, or inappropriate physical behaviour.

Reporting & Consequences

• Any violations of this policy should be reported immediately to FWB’s Designated Sober Colleague (DSC) or event partners.
• FWB reserves the right to take immediate action, including removing individuals from the event and, where necessary, escalating matters to relevant authorities.

Agreement to Terms

By accepting an invitation to an FWB event, attendees acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy. FWB reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals who fail to uphold these standards.
