Supply Chain Director – OU Supply Chain – UK & Ireland

Reporting to the General Manager UK & Ireland, this role has responsibility for leading the OU Supply Chain functions including S&OP, bulk supply, supply planning, production planning, Co-Manufacturing, material management and new product commercialisation. 

You will work closely with procurement, NPD, international supply chain, customer service, liquid stocks, operations, logistics and co-manufacturing. Beam Suntory are aiming for world-class levels of customer service whilst ensuring optimisation of inventory, operational capacity and intercompany logistics within a highly regulated sector.   

We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Leader with a background in supply chain excellence to support the growth and delivery of the Brand House premium portfolio of spirits to our global customer base. You will help create an agile supply chain model and support ongoing changes in the S&OP Process.  Global supply chain awareness is important, and candidates should be able to demonstrate significant experience here. 

We are looking for candidates with at least 10 years’ experience in supply chain preferably in a multisite environment within, but not limited to, the FMCG industry.
