Our client is Private Equity backed and develops and supplies specialized technology and services to the global energy industry focusing on reducing rig time spent downhole casing removal in slot recovery/re-entry, workover and plug & abandonment operations. Technology advancement lies at the core of the company.  They are developing bottom hole assembly (BHA) technology to address the challenges specific to mid to end of life operations, its designed to optimize operations, cut costs and reclaim rig time, and is backed by decades of operational insight from their team.  They provide field service in the above applications, delivering expert knowledge and experience with a focus on responsiveness and adaptability.

The Regional Vice President North America will be responsible for establishing and growing the business in North America. This selected individual will need to have strong local relationships and be well established in the North America market. This individual will also need to have strong communication skills and have the ability to build trust quickly with a focus on customer service and safety. Preferably this individual will have a well intervention based background.

The Company is looking to expand its presence globally by joining the North America Market and is looking for a Regional VP North America to head operations.
