Cruz Energy Services, LLC, (CES) is a portfolio company of Cook Inlet Region, Inc., an Alaskan Native Corporation. CES’ portfolio of services covers Oil Field Logistics, Third Party Logistics (General Freight and Heavy, Complex Hauling), Rig Moving, Heavy Haul, Crane Services, Hydro Excavation and Hot Shot Services. The company’s staff are employed in their Dickinson, ND and Oklahoma City, OK offices from where they support operations primarily in North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Oklahoma and Colorado.

The Operations Manager will be responsible and accountable for providing strategy for all aspects of multiple high-volume and high-value supply chain/logistics operations to ensure consistent high-level service quality and customer satisfaction, profitability, cost efficient operations, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Ultimately responsible for management oversight of the delivery of services, attainment of profit objectives, business expansion, safety, quality, development of human resources, and the adherence to policy and procedure and statutory regulations. This individual will also lead sales for the business unit.
