Two Non-Executive Directors are sought to join its Board, which has a mix of family members and non-family leaders.  Bringing constructive challenge, alternative perspectives and using your career experience you can support the team to make the best decisions possible for long-term development.

To complement existing knowledge, skills and experience the business would like to appoint:

• a Non-Executive to bring strong experience as a CFO, not necessarily industry related, or experience as a Partner in a leading Accounting firm, and:
• another to bring a background and expertise in international luxury goods from a branding, marketing, or commercial perspective

Both appointees should have impressive business experience in a fast-paced environment, strong strategic thinking skills and demonstrable Board experience. The positions will require an annual commitment of 20 days and will be remunerated at the market rate.
