About the role
Our client is a leading offshore integrated turnkey and project management business focused on well design, construction and completion services. With the backing of private equity funding, the aim is to grow the business internationally in its core competencies, whilst pursuing new service and product offerings. Our client seeks a non-executive director with a proven track record of formulating and developing strategic direction within a high growth, international oil & gas contracting and/or services company to assist in the continued development and implementation of the strategic direction of the business, in conjunction with the Board of Directors.
