Our client, a successful privately-owned business, has grown to be a leading provider of downhole products to the international oil & gas sector. Following a period of sustained impressive growth, the company has adjusted decisively to the changing market conditions and is now in a strong position to retain its core capabilities whilst still meeting the expectations of a demanding customer base. With a view to strengthening the management team, addressing succession needs and adding fresh energy and new ideas to the business, our client is seeking to appoint a Managing Director to run the UK serviced business. This is a senior and critical appointment and the appointee will be required to demonstrate the presence and credibility to quickly command respect internally and with existing and prospective customers. This is an ambitious and dynamic organisation and candidates will also possess these characteristics.
