About the role
Castle Rock Edinvar is a leading Scottish Housing Association, a Scottish charity and a member of the Places for People Group. We work closely with Group companies to achieve our vision of creating aspirational homes in inspirational places. Castle Rock Edinvar has two operating subsidiaries providing Property Management services and Care and Support and we are now seeking new Board Members to support the ambition of all these Companies.

The Places for People Group operates across a number of sectors and owns and manages over 150,000 homes across the UK. The reputation of Castle Rock Edinvar and the scale and reach of the Group is demonstrated by our involvement in Aberdeen, where we have signed a pioneering £300 million partnership deal with the City Council to build thousands of new homes.
The team at Castle Rock Edinvar plays a key role in delivering high quality services to customers and contributes to the achievement of the Group’s strategy. As a member of our Board you will actively contribute to the strategic direction setting overall policy, defining goals and targets and scrutinising performance. You will be a skilled, motivated and committed individual who can help us engage with other ambitious organisations and the communities in which we work. We are looking for candidates who share our ambition and have the skills required to shape our strategy. We would welcome applications from a wide and diverse range of individuals.
These posts are generally non-remunerated but an honorarium may be made to recognise higher levels of time commitment for multiple roles.
