HR Business Partner

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated HR Professional to work as part of a small HRBP team to support their large Technology function. To be considered for this role you would have experience in the following areas:

• Leading cross functional Talent programmes to attract and retain colleagues
• Working across COEs to utilise infrastructure and build better outcomes for your business area
• Working in a collaborative high performing HR function or as part of a leadership team
• Strong generalist experience within a fast paced large organisation

You will be educated to degree level and or CIPD qualities, with strong analytical and decision making skills.
