Operations Director
About the role
Our client is a leading business in the food processing sector and is looking for an Operations Director to work closely with the Board and senior management team. Potential candidates should have:
- A strong background in food processing, drinks, FMCG or related manufacturing industries
- Experience of managing different disciplines within manufacturing and of leading multi-functional teams across multiple locations
- Experience of driving cultural change and implementing strategic operational change in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- A track record of designing and implementing continuous improvement and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment
- A highly motivated approach and be reliable with integrity and credibility, instilling confidence internally with colleagues and the Board, and externally with customers and advisors
