With an experienced Senior Management Team, operating within a strong governance, internal control and risk discipline framework, the company is enjoying a sustained period of organic growth.

The Board wish to appoint a Head of IT and Digital, to lead the delivery of the digital strategy and the day to day operations of the IT function, ensuring the business has, at all times, a stable and reliable technology platform, robust infrastructure, technical support and IT security. This role will be key to ensuring that technology is well placed to deliver on all projects and enable future growth.

Candidates should be highly commercial, with excellent influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills. Ideally from a product development background, candidates will combine technical ability and track record with high potential and outstanding leadership qualities. Complete project life-cycle and change management experience, across a variety of small to medium sized IT projects in dynamic and rapidly growing organisations, is strongly preferred.

The Head of IT and Digital will be based in Glasgow and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
