Group Projects Director

We are working with a private equity backed support services business to appoint the Group Projects Director, reporting directly to the CEO and focused on supporting the Country MDs. Successful candidates will come from an operational background and have managed a P&L, including sales and a direct reporting team of multiple functions. European or other international experience would be preferred. The successful candidate must be capable of running a sizable P&L in the future.

The business seeks candidates who demonstrate decision making capabilities, enjoying working autonomously and have high energy levels. The business doesn’t look for “corporate managers” but more for “structured disciplined entrepreneurs with analytical skills” on which they base their decisions with strong focus on customers and growth.

Candidates must be comfortable with international travel and live within commutable distance of London. There will be an opportunity to participate in the equity.
