Group Corporate Services Director

This new role, which reports to the Group Managing Director, has been created to draw together responsibility for Finance, IT, Legal, HR, Risk & Corporate Governance, and also for the performance of the main subsidiary companies.  Our client is a privately owned and long established engineering and related services business which operates mainly in the UK but also internationally.  It provides solutions and services to major companies across a range of market sectors, including food production, storage and distribution, brewing and distilling, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals etc.

The role will suit a qualified Accountant with considerable experience in a commercial environment.  As a member of the Executive Management Team, it is expected that the Group Corporate Services Director will assist in the formulation of the company’s direction, and support tactical initiatives with sound well supported judgements based on clear KPIs.  They will also be expected to fully understand and mitigate the company’s risk profile.
