Global Head of Talent
About the role
Our client, a private equity owned global manufacturer is seeking to recruit their Global Head of Talent. This role requires the individual to be a thought leader and architect, able to build and deliver upon the organisation’s relentless focus on talent. The role will encompass the full talent lifecycle, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning and Development. The Global Head of Talent will provide global leadership of the group wide talent project.
The appointee will have proven capabilities as a senior leader and will be able to manage both strategic and tactical deliverables. Previous exposure to leading cross functional/multi-national projects combined with experience of leading cultural change at an organisational level is a requirement for the role. As a member of the senior HR leadership team excellent stakeholder management skills are integral to the position.
