General Manager – Service, Maintenance & Validation – Life Sciences

Founded in 2003, T-Squared is a leading specialist provider of design, construction, validation and maintenance of cleanrooms, labs and regulated facilities across the UK for a range of highly regarded end-user clients including major blue-chip organisations. The company works in partnership directly with its clients, and typically in highly specialised high tech and regulated environments where their focus is on delivering excellent projects and securing long term relationships. T-Squared operates across the UK from its Head Office in Glasgow and sites in Basingstoke, Sheffield and Swindon.

The company has experienced significant growth in recent years. This growth has been achieved through a focus on developing long term partnerships with clients and strong repeat business. Following the recent growth, and in order to support and grow their existing operations across the UK, T-Squared intend to recruit an ambitious General Manager, with suitable experience, to lead the continued success and development of their Service, Maintenance & Validation business with a focus on the Life Sciences sector.

• This individual will demonstrate experience in the management and development of an existing relevant technical services business.
• This candidate needs to be highly motivated to succeed, with strong leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve results and meet business targets.
• The successful candidate will have strong customer focus qualities, demonstrating innovation in developing and maintaining existing customers. They will also have the ability to open, maintain and develop new accounts.
• This important business development quality will be allied to an equally strong technical background, with responsibility for managing technical risks and maintaining the high health and safety standards of T-Squared.
• In addition, the successful candidate will be very sound commercially, taking responsibility for direct management of the Service and Maintenance facilities services business.
• Life Sciences experience and end-user Client contacts would be an advantage.
