The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant who is able to support the CEO and the Board both operationally and strategically. Supported by the existing finance team, they will quickly get a good handle on the numbers and provide the controls and processes required to enable the sustainable day to day operation and growth of the business. Beyond being responsible for the numbers, the new Finance Director will be able to provide deep analysis and insight, interpreting the numbers in a user-friendly way and helping the management team make well-informed decisions. They will provide smart insight into key performance metrics and play an active role on the board, helping to drive the business with a data-driven approach.
