Director of Finance – Poland

Our client is a leading, private equity backed, international manufacturer of engineered components, with an international customer base. Our client is looking to appoint a Director of Finance, who will be based in South East Poland, to direct the Finance function for the company’s Polish entities.  Candidates must be Polish speaking qualified Accountants, ideally with manufacturing experience.  An ability to oversee the operational aspects of managing a Finance function, as well as acting as a strategic business partner to senior management both locally and internationally, along with strong analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills, is key.
