Private Equity backed Manufacturing Business

Our client is a fast growing and acquisitive, PE backed Manufacturing business. This role leads the finance function for the Group (four divisions) reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will lead a small, commercially focused Finance team and support the management team to make effective commercial decisions. They will also be closely involved in the organic and possible continued acquisitive growth, working with the investors and management teams to scale and add value as the business moves towards a potential exit for the current investors.

We are seeking high calibre, ambitious candidates with a strong understanding of manufacturing / engineering.

Our client is a growing international organisation with multiple sites and clients around the globe and although the role will be based in Glasgow there will be UK and international travel as required.
