Chief Commercial Officer

Wilkie are now looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to join the senior management team in the newly created leadership role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

The CCO will oversee all commercial aspects of the group including revenue growth, margin improvement, customer satisfaction and the management of new opportunities and development projects across the group.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the global commercial sales effort with trust and integrity, driving sustainable and profitable growth across the group.
•  Provide strategic leadership and direction for all commercial activities of the group. o Champion change management initiatives to further embed continuous improvement into the Wilkie culture.
• Actively participate in value creation by identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and process improvement across our supply chain.
• Contribute strongly to developing a market leading proposition and application of existing portfolio of products as well as exploring new product development.
• Drive technology integration into customer processes to enhance value and competitiveness.
• Supporting and promoting the wider sector and positively representing the Wilkie Group at trade associations, trade shows and other collaborative initiatives.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of sales growth over a number of years, preferably in manufacturing or technology driven sectors.

You should also display excellent commercial, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop relationships at all levels. The CCO will be highly entrepreneurial by nature, currently based in Scotland or willing to relocate for this role and happy to travel on a regular basis.
