Chief Commercial Officer

Aiber is an innovative company with next generation technology which is going through a period of growth. We develop mobile technology for medical emergency response onboard aircraft and maritime vessels. Our company mission is to help revolutionise aviation and maritime medical incident response on a global scale. The business has already raised over £3.2M of funding and has won multiple company and R&D awards. We are a small (but growing) energetic team, with solid values at our core and are now looking to appoint a CCO to join the team.

Our latest investment will allow us to offer the best in class onboard medical emergency product, accelerating the roll out of our potentially life-saving solution to global customers in our target markets.

The CCO will play a key role as part of the Management team and will help to drive the growth of Aiber through revenue generation, new commercial developments and helping the company to penetrate new international aviation and maritime markets.

We are looking for someone who is up for the challenge to play a key sales role across the globe, securing and maintaining new customers and developing and executing a robust go-to-market strategy.  The CCO will also develop and maintain channel partner relations with ground-based medical providers.

We are looking for candidates with significant experience of:

• A senior commercial/sales role with a demonstrable track record of delivering profit
• Senior Management and leadership experience preferably in aviation markets, but not essential
• Managing operational performance within budgets
• Evidence of creating and maintaining international business relationships, customers and channel partners
• Lead performance and manage budgets
