Audit Director

The Role

The business is looking to further strengthen its Audit offering in Edinburgh and recruit a Senior Manager or Director level Audit professional to join at Director level. The successful candidate will have a very clear and realistic route to Partner level within 18 – 36 months of joining, depending on experience and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Technical excellence in the delivery of fee-earning work
• Business Development and marketing to grow both the corporate and not for profit client base
• Take a leading role in winning tender processes for new clients
• Mentoring, development and coaching of Audit team

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Audit professional, looking to progress their career. RI Audit ambition is a must for this role. Candidates may currently be operating at Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director level.
