Private Equity-Backed Infrastructure Business

Our client is a large UK infrastructure owner and operator, headquartered in Glasgow. Driven in part by a recent change in ownership, the leadership team is being restructured in expectation of significant growth.

The Associate Director Business Services will report directly to the CEO and Board. The role leads the back-office functions of the business, comprising all Legal and Company Secretarial duties, HSE & Compliance, HR, Business Systems, Property & Facilities Management, and Transport & Fleet Operations.

The successful candidate:

• Ideally a Qualified Lawyer, with significant experience in commercial and corporate law.
• A proven track record of developing high performing individuals and teams, outstanding people management and coaching skills, with an ability to adapt management style to suit circumstances and individual needs.
• A strategic thinker with sound business planning skills, and a comprehensive understanding of finance, risk management, resource and people management.
• Understanding of the business aspects of ICT, HR, and HSE.
