The origins of the company go back to the early 1990s when it was founded by Judy Wagner, Willie Finlayson and Scott Black. They went onto establish one of the most recognisable and respected executive search businesses in the UK.

Today, the company is owned by 8 of its Directors. Individually and collectively they are ambitious to continue to build on the heritage of the business, embracing new technologies, techniques and markets and of course maintaining and building relationships.
