Adam is an Ecological Science graduate from the University of Edinburgh. He began his career in London with a leading senior finance recruitment business before moving into executive search in 2006; first with a boutique where he established the support services and infrastructure practice and latterly as a Director of a leading private equity focused executive search firm.

Adam supports management teams and shareholders across a wide range of businesses up and down the United Kingdom to recruit both Executive and Non-Executive leadership. He has a particular interest in the support services, infrastructure and technology sectors, as well as working with privately owned and private equity backed businesses.
