The Opportunity

As VP of People, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing a high-performance culture and crafting a comprehensive people strategy. Your mission will include driving talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, fostering learning and development, and championing diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute people strategies that align with our ambitious growth goals.
  • Attract, retain, and develop top talent across all functions.
  • Implement scalable frameworks for performance, incentivisation, and career progression.
  • Embed our values into every aspect of employee engagement and culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership in HR within scaling organisations.
  • Expertise in organisational design, performance management, and DEI initiatives.
  • A strategic yet hands-on approach with a passion for employee experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
