Horizon Housing Association is a leading provider of accessible, affordable housing and services, enabling people to live full, independent lives. As a key partner within the Link Group since 2009, Horizon manages around 900 homes across 11 local authority areas in Scotland. We are seeking an inspiring Chief Executive Officer to lead Horizon Housing Association in achieving its strategic aims. The CEO will be responsible for driving Horizon’s commitment to accessible housing and inclusive living, maintaining financial viability, and ensuring legal and governance standards are met. As an ambassador for Horizon, you will influence national policy, collaborate with key stakeholders, and promote a modern, customer-focused housing service. This role reports to both the Horizon Board and the Link Group Director of Communities, providing an exciting opportunity for leadership in a values-driven environment.

We are looking for a passionate, innovative leader with a track record of successful management and collaboration. While experience in social housing is beneficial, we welcome applications from leaders across various sectors who are committed to equalities and accessible housing. You will possess:

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills
• The ability to inspire teams and build productive relationships
• A deep understanding of how housing impacts communities, particularly in supporting disabled and older people
