Kirsten graduated with a first-class LLB and DPLP with distinction from the University of Aberdeen before joining the Edinburgh office of a generalist executive search firm, initially as a researcher, then spending some time as Head of Research before joining the Executive Chairman’s team as his Chief of Staff. During this time, Kirsten appointed Non-Executive Directors and Senior Executives for a broad range of clients across different sectors. She then spent a year with a specialist boutique search firm based in London as a Senior Associate, leading end to end processes internationally to appoint senior executives in the legal function. As Associate Director, Kirsten partners with the Directors to successfully execute senior assignments across sectors.
