Based in Scotland, our client FOR:EV owns, installs and operates high-quality, user-friendly EV charging points across the UK and Scandinavia. FOR:EV work in partnership with a wide spectrum of forward-thinking businesses and organisations across multiple sectors. Their charge points supply 100% fully accredited renewable green energy, helping their partners improve their Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance credentials. The business is differentiating itself in a complex and dynamic market to focus on bespoke solutions for fleet operators and selective destinations where the transition to net zero is a priority for host businesses and landlords. The Scottish National Investment Bank, as a shareholder and investor, has backed their mission to actively help the journey towards Net Zero.

FOR:EV is scaling rapidly and is now looking to appoint a CFO to help deliver the strategy. The readily scalable business model is capital intensive and hence requires consistent fundraising of growth finance to roll out infrastructure contracts. We are consequently seeking a CFO who has demonstrable experience of raising multiple types of finance, ideally but not necessarily in an infrastructure, regulated or closely related sector. We are open to considering candidates who are stepping into their first CFO role, including those coming directly from an advisory background in corporate finance, M&A or Treasury. We anticipate that the role and the team will grow rapidly as the business develops.
