Chair (Non Exec)

Based in Stirling, Superglass is the UK’s biggest independent manufacturer of glass wool insulation products.  The business has new growth opportunities as it aligns its unique service offering to increasingly demanding customer requirements.  Revenues for 2014 were £23.5m.  It delisted from the official List of the London Stock Exchange and was admitted to AIM in 2013.

The Chair is primarily responsible for the leadership and effective working of the Board, ensuring that each Director (Executive and Non Executive) are making a positive contribution.  He or she will require relevant experience , including of a plc environment , as well as strong financial acumen.
