Head of Sales & Marketing

Cromlix House is one of Scotland’s top country house hotels, beautifully located in a private estate just a short drive from Dunblane. In line with an exciting new future repositioning of Cromlix as an independent hotel, as well as further development and growth plans, we are now looking to recruit an exceptionally talented Head of Sales & Marketing.

You will be responsible for the creation and execution of the Sales and Marketing Strategy for the hotel, producing a commercial plan that interprets the objectives of the business and maps out the actions and strategies to support the repositioning of the hotel; with the ultimate objective of achieving business goals and maximising revenues across all revenue generating outlets including bedrooms, meetings and events, food and beverage, and leisure activities.

This role requires excellent marketing skills as this role is responsible for the overall positioning of the hotel and brand communications and requires a strategic and creative thinker who can demonstrate measurable success.

This position will be part of the Senior Management Team and will have regular contact with the Owners and the Cromlix Board.

We are looking for a commercially minded, innovative and hands on professional who will be an ambassador for Cromlix House. You will be an excellent networker with enthusiasm and passion who can help Cromlix to achieve great success in this exciting phase of change and growth.

You should have experience of a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry, demonstrating strong sales, marketing and events track record and a high level of customer focus and understanding.
