• deliver growth and profitability through leadership of all Sales and Marketing activities
• be an influential member of the Leadership Team and provide key strategic direction for all commercial activities
• also lead the international Sales and Marketing teams, creating a motivated commercial group who secure a strong positive standing both within the business and externally

Candidates will have a strong blend of the following experience and competencies:

• significant Sales and Marketing experience, including international, in both branded and private label.
• strong leadership experience within the Grocery sector
• significant personal presence and a credible communicator
• a strong blend of selling and influencing skills/strategic thinking/innovation/financial management
