As the company continues a strong growth trajectory as a private equity backed company, the organization is looking for a proactive, business oriented Human Resources Director. The HR Director will be responsible for supporting the organization from a human resources and employee engagement perspective. The role reports to executive leadership to drive a servant leadership culture through the development and implementation of strong HR policies and programs that will enable the growth of the company, develop employees and teams with a customer service focus and drive ownership and accountability by all personnel.
