Financial Controller – Oilfield Services

Our Client is a leading provider of specialist products, services and solutions to the offshore oil and gas market, supporting both subsea and topside projects. The offshore division, with revenues totalling circa £40M, forms a critical part of a broader group organisation which offers a diverse range of services across a number of industrial sectors. In recent years, the group has achieved significant growth through acquisition and for the offshore division, this strategy has supported the development of a comprehensive product and service offering, which covers the life-cycle of an oil and gas field.

In part due to this growth, the organisation has identified the need for an experienced and commercially minded Financial Controller to support the offshore division. We are seeking a qualified accountant with experience of international project based / rental focused commercial models.  The successful candidate will support the Finance Director across all areas of the finance function, including oversight of all accounting related matters, the management of the finance team, and providing effective support to the management teams within each of the divisions’ operating companies.
