Interim Chief Financial Officer

FWB Park Brown are pleased to be supporting a high profile fast growing business to recruit an Interim Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director.

With a permanent process underway this interim requirement is due to the previous Interim having to finish early due to personal circumstances. As a result we can offer a c 6 month contract on either a part time or full time basis depending on the experience of the successful interim finance candidate. There will be a requirement to be in the Glasgow Head Office c2 days per week as a minimum and flexibility and the right mix will be discussed with successful candidates.

With a strong finance team in place, this position will oversee company the finances, both operational and production, but will be more commercially and strategically focused. You will support the fully CEO, providing strategic finance modelling and monitor performance. You will be required to build and maintain strong working relationships with the Management team to ensure targets are met and appropriate projects are in place and effectively managed.

There is also an exciting, large scale, ERP project underway and key/significant involvement in this project will be part of the CFO’s role, as a result ERP and wider project management skills would be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate must have previously been an FD/CFO within either industry or financial services and will ideally have experience in a fast growth and fast moving environment.
