Managing Director – International Business

Brugal is an important rum brand globally and a key brand and profit contributor within Edrington, the leading international drinks business, which also owns The Macallan, Highland Park, The Glenrothes and The Famous Grouse.  Edrington’s vision is to build the world’s leading portfolio of exceptional premium spirits and now employs over 3,500 people in wholly owned and joint venture companies around the world.

The MD – International will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing and commercial strategies, to establish a winning super premium brand positioning and deliver the international markets P&L. The role is a key member of the Brugal and Edrington Marketing leadership teams and will focus on growth opportunities globally out with its core market of Dominican Republic.

Candidates will have great experience of managing a brand portfolio, most likely at Marketing or Commercial Director level, and will be able to inspire a team of marketing professionals to deliver brilliant brand strategy execution. They will also be able to demonstrate the key Edrington standards of “inspire, change, collaborate, engage and deliver”.
